Omar Ngera, with 5 years of expertise in Front Off­ice operations, his background includes excellent experience in leadership positions in fast-paced front desk off­ices at leading hotel brands including Kempinski and Radisson Blu.He started his career as a receptionist to successfully climb the ladder and become a Front Off­ice Manager at Hôtel Des Mille Collines in Kigali. From scheduling work shift‑s and overseeing administrative operations to managing budgets and ensuring top-notch guest service, Omar excels at performing comprehensive management tasks to drive e­fficiency and productivity. He joined Ladder Leadership Consulting in January 2017 as a Hospitality Consultant.

Currently, Omar works in Sierra Leone as Operations Manager at The Place Resort (Tokeh beach) and he is the legal representative of Ladder Leadership Consulting in West Africa.He holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Tourism Management.
